Every time there is any contact or any interaction with guests, and when conducting any aspect of our business, we can collect personal information. This personal information may include the following: your contact details, information in relation to your reservation, stay or visit to a hotel; participation in a loyalty programme; information relating to the purchase and receipt of products or services; personal characteristics, nationality, passport number plus location and date of issue; payment information such as your payment card number and other card details, and also authentication information and other billing and account details associated with (mobile) billing; guest preferences; marketing and communication preferences; groups you were affiliated to during hotel stays; and other kinds of information you have opted to provide to us or which we have obtained about you.
We abide by General Data Protection Regulation requirements (AVG) when processing information. This means, amongst other things, as follows:
– we clearly state our purposes for processing personal data. We do this via this privacy and cookie statement;
– we try to restrict our collection of personal data to the personal data only that is necessary for legitimate purposes;
– we will ask you first for your express permission to process your personal data whenever your permission is required;

STORAGE

YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to inspect, correct or erase your personal data. You also have the right to retract your permission for the data processing or to oppose the processing of your personal data by Inntel Hotels and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send you the personal data we hold about you in a computer file or to another organisation specified by you. You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, or data transmission of your personal data or a request for retracting your permission or an objection to the processing of your personal data to privacy@inntelhotels.nl. To ensure that the request for inspection has been made by you, please send a copy of your proof of ID with the request. Please provide a photocopy of your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip containing numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will reply as soon as possible to your request and within four weeks. Inntel Hotels would also like to inform you that you have the option to lodge a complaint to the national regulator, the Personal Data Authority.
